- 50% of the rent is due upon signing the reservation form.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.
- Reservations Made Within 30 Days of Arrival:
- Full payment is required upon signing the reservation form.
- Payments must be received within 48 hours after signing, or the reservation is not guaranteed.
Cancellations and Refunds
- 60+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund of payments made.
- 31-59 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total booking will be charged.
- 30 Days or Less Before Arrival: 100% of the total booking will be charged.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Security Deposit (Refundable)
- Amount: USD 20,000.00 per booking
- Payment Method: Cash, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer
- Due: To be paid at the time of booking.
- Refund Policy: The deposit will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out via bank transfer, subject to a property inspection.
