- A fine of up to $500 will be charged for any smoking violations.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Violations may result in a $3,000 fine and immediate removal without a refund.

- Photoshoots are not allowed without prior written approval and payment of additional fees.
