If you’re heading to Durham for work, relocating, or just in need of a calm, well-stocked place to stay for a little while, welcome. This home was designed with comfort, convenience, and flexibility in mind — especially for traveling nurses, medical staff, remote workers, and families between homes.
We’re located in a quiet neighborhood in North Durham, just minutes from Duke, I-85, and Downtown. The community is friendly, the home is pet-friendly, and everything you need is already here.
Inside the Home
As soon as you walk in, you’ll find a cozy family room — soft, oversized seating (seriously, it’s hard to get up once you’re in), a big smart TV with streaming options, and plenty of space to relax, work, or unwind. We’ve even added small side tables around the couch so you can keep drinks and snacks nearby.
The kitchen is in the back of the home, fully stocked and ready to go. Whether you’re cooking from scratch or bringing in takeout, you’ve got all the essentials: pots and pans, dishes, a Nespresso machine, toaster oven, microwave, and a full dining setup for six. There’s even a second smart TV by the table — perfect for dinner and a movie.
We also provide a washer and dryer in-unit to make longer stays easier.
Upstairs Bedrooms
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with a custom lighting design and extra storage underneath. We’ve added blackout curtains to help you sleep in — day or night.
The second bedroom has a trundle bed that converts into a twin or full, along with a dedicated desk and chair if you’re working from home. This room also works well for kids or roommates.
