- Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
🚭 Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
🔇 Noise & Disturbance
- Avoid disturbing neighbors or using the premises for unlawful purposes.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- Verified noise complaints (e.g., parties) will result in a $300 fine and possible eviction without a refund.
👶 Children’s Safety
- Always supervise children on the terrace, near the fire, or in the spa.
🍖 Outdoor BBQ
- Clean the BBQ after use.
- Close the gas cylinder valve when finished.
🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance
- Cleaning is provided before arrival & after departure.
- If additional cleaning is needed during your stay, we can refer a professional cleaner (guest covers cost).
- Please leave the cottage clean & tidy upon departure.
🎒 Personal Belongings
- Take all personal items upon departure. We are not responsible for lost items.
- While we may assist in retrieving forgotten items, their return is not guaranteed.
🐾 Pet Policy
- No pets allowed in the chalet.
- Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

- Only registered guests are allowed access to the property.
- Guests are not allowed to invite visitors.
- Violation will result in relocation without notice or refund.

- Bookings may require ID verification and a rental agreement.
- A selfie is required from all guests for a smooth check-in process.
