Tucked into a tranquil bay on one of the region’s best-kept lakes, the chalet blends comfort with pure Quebec wilderness. Spend mornings paddling on calm water, afternoons lounging on the terrace, and evenings watching the stars from the spa.

🏡 Chalet Rules
To ensure a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please read and follow the rules below:
1. Occupancy Limits
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests as per your reservation.
- No unregistered guests are allowed. Unauthorized visitors may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
2. Smoking Policy
- No smoking indoors at any time.
- A $400 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected inside the chalet.
3. Noise and Disturbance
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Any verified noise complaints may result in a $300 fine and cancellation of your stay without a refund.
4. Children’s Safety
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the hot tub, firepit, and arcade console.
- Children should not operate the spa or handle the spa cover.
5. Outdoor Fires
- Fires are permitted only in the designated firepit.
- Please check the SopFeu website for any local fire bans before lighting a fire.
- Do not leave fires unattended or burning overnight.
6. Hot Tub Use
- The hot tub is for registered guests only.
- Please shower before use and always close the spa cover securely when not in use.
- Do not use oils, bath bombs, or soaps in the spa.
- Notify us immediately if there are any issues with the hot tub.
7. BBQ Use
- A propane BBQ is provided.
- Please clean the grill after use and shut off the gas valve afterward.
8. Cleaning and Departure
- The chalet is professionally cleaned before and after each stay.
- Please leave the space tidy upon checkout (e.g., take out trash, load dishwasher).
- Extra cleaning services can be arranged during your stay at your expense, if needed.
9. Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items.
- While we’ll try to help retrieve items, return shipping is not guaranteed.
10. Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed.
- Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation and additional cleaning fees.
11. Booking Verification
- To maintain safety and security, we may request:
- A valid photo ID
- A selfie for verification
- Signing a short rental agreement prior to arrival
