- No smoking or vaping indoors: A $250 deep-clean fee will be charged for violations.
- Respect the space: Please do not rearrange furniture. Use coasters for drinks and avoid placing hot items directly on surfaces.
- Appliance etiquette: Use appliances only for their intended purpose. Turn off lights, electronics, and hot tub when not in use.
- Outdoor care: Clean up after using the backyard, patio, fire pit, and game room area. Keep noise respectful of neighbors.
- Children supervision: Children must be supervised at all times—especially around the hot tub, fire pit, and game room equipment.
- Report damages immediately: We understand accidents happen—please contact us right away to address any issues.
- No extra guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Checkout steps: Kindly strip used beds, start the dishwasher, and lock all doors and windows upon departure.
