The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the rental of the chalet if the regulations are not respected at any time. In this case, no refund will be issued. The Tenant must leave the premises immediately and respectfully.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the chalet.
- Damage and Breakage: The Tenant must notify the Landlord of any breakage or damage caused during their stay.
- Liability: The Tenant is liable for any material damage occurring in or on the rented property during the rental period.
- Guest Responsibility: The Tenant is responsible for the actions of any person present on the rented premises.
- Respect for Property: The Tenant must respect the rented premises and return them in the same condition as upon arrival.
- Use of Premises: The Tenant agrees to use only the designated rental spaces and to respect neighbors' peace and privacy.
- Noise Control: Maintain a reasonable noise level inside and outside the unit. After 10:00 p.m., noise should be minimized.
- Occupancy Limit: The number of authorized persons indicated in the contract cannot be exceeded at any time.
- Lost and Found: Forgotten or unclaimed items will be discarded.
