- No smoking indoors. A $300 fine will apply if smoke or smoking-related evidence is found.
- No parties or events. We take this seriously. A $500 fine will apply for unauthorized gatherings or loud disturbances.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Hosting unapproved guests may result in an additional fee of $200 and cancellation of your stay.
- No pets unless approved prior to booking. Unapproved pets will incur a $150 penalty and immediate removal may be required.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other seasonal residents.
- Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out without permission may result in a fee.
- Please leave the chalet in good condition. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
- Outdoor fire pits may only be used if conditions are safe and local fire bans are not in effect.
- Guests using the lake, docks, or boats must do so at their own risk. Life jackets must be worn while using watercraft.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near water, balconies, or fireplaces.
- No moving of furniture, décor, or electronics.
