Occupancy Limits
- Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of individuals listed in the reservation.
- Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or immediate termination of your reservation.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including all rooms and shared spaces.
- A $400 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
Noise and Disturbance
- Guests and their visitors must avoid disturbing neighbors or using the premises for unlawful purposes.
- Excessive noise is strictly prohibited, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Verified noise complaints, such as from parties, will result in a $300 fine and possible eviction without a refund.
Children’s Safety
- Always supervise children on the terrace, near the fire, or in the spa.
- Children must not handle the spa cover, controls, or cleaning products.
Outdoor Fires
- Always check the SopFeu website for fire bans before lighting an outdoor fire.
- Never leave a fire unattended or lit overnight.
Spa Use
- Close and securely fasten the spa cover when not in use.
- Notify us immediately if there are any issues with the spa.
Outdoor BBQ
- Clean the BBQ after use and close the gas cylinder valve.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Cleaning is provided before your arrival and after your departure.
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we can refer you to a professional cleaner, and you will be responsible for the cost.
- Please leave the chalet clean and tidy upon departure.
Personal Belongings
- Please take all personal items with you upon departure. We are not responsible for items left behind.
- While we may assist in retrieving forgotten items, their return cannot be guaranteed.
Pet Policy
- Pets are NOT allowed in the chalet.
- Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
Booking Verification
- Bookings may be subject to ID verification and a rental agreement.
- ID verification ensures the person booking and paying is the same individual checking in.
