- Do not leave garbage, luggage, or personal belongings in hallways. Hallways must remain clear at all times.
- Please turn off lights, appliances, and TVs when leaving the apartment.
Cleanliness
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $300 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
- The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only. Excessively dirty apartments may result in additional charges.
- Please leave the apartment in broom-clean condition on departure.
Deposits & Fees
- $500 deposit for monthly rentals.
- Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee per pet plus an additional pet deposit applies. Guests must clean up after pets.
