- We require the group composition, average age, and reason for booking at the time of reservation.
- The main guest must provide a valid photo ID after reservation confirmation.
- A valid credit card must be kept on file, or a $500 security deposit must be transferred prior to arrival.
- Guests under 25 years old are not permitted to rent this property.
- If you have no prior guest reviews, an additional $1,000 deposit is required, along with IDs for each guest.
- Any property damage will be investigated, and refunds for damages will be requested.
