We want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. Please review the house rules before booking.

🔑 Check-in & Guest Requirements

• Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 23 years old to book.
• ID Verification: A government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in.
• Early Check-in / Late Checkout: Available upon request & subject to availability. A $65 late arrival fee will apply if arranged.

🔇 Noise Policy – Respect Quiet Hours

• Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other guests.
• Violation Fee: Excessive noise may result in a charge of up to $500 USD, and repeated violations may lead to removal from the property.

🐾 Pet Policy

• Pet Fee: $50 per day – Pre-approval required before arrival.
• Approval Required: Management approval is based on pet breed and size.
• Furniture Rules: Pets are not allowed on furniture. Additional cleaning fees may apply for fur or stains.
• Supervision: Pets may not be left alone in the accommodation.
• Disturbance Policy: If pets cause repeated disturbances or complaints, we may ask you to remove them from the premises.

🚭 Smoking Policy – 100% Smoke-Free Property

• No Smoking Allowed 🚫 – Smoking inside the unit or common areas is strictly prohibited.
• Violation Fee: A $500 USD fine will be charged for any smoking inside the property.

👥 Guest Policy

• All guests must be announced in advance. Unregistered guests are not permitted.

👞 Respect the Space

• Please remove your shoes inside the apartment.
• Treat the space with care – enjoy the amenities, but kindly leave the home as you found it.
